Dr. Elizabeth A. Marshall, PT, DPT, CEIM, PCS

Hi!  I’m Elizabeth, a mom of 3 amazing kiddos, a wife, and pediatric PT based in Salem, OR.  I have a huge heart for giving littles the best start in life by supporting their early motor development.   My passion for neuroscience blends with my love of cuddling babies and has helped me find a niche in PT that makes work feel like play... and it honestly is!  I love my job!

I've been a licensed physical therapist for 17 years and have spent the past 13 working primarily with children, serving babies 0-3 years old.  I have also worked in adult neuro rehab my entire career.   With both populations, I help

individuals recover using a researched based, task oriented approach with function at the heart of our gross motor goals.   Movement is not only healing, it is how we engage and participate in our world.  For babies, mobility is the foundation for learning and preps them for future math, reading, and problem solving skills.   My treatments work to incorporate your child as a whole, dynamic individual and enrich all areas of their development.  I often sing, use age appropriate cognitive games, and simple sign language to reinforce concepts and motivate my patients as we play together.  Therapy can be fun!

Dr. Courtney F. Hoffman, PT, DPT

Hi! I'm Courtney, a pediatric PT in Salem, OR. I was born and raised in Arizona and attended graduate school for Physical Therapy at George Fox University in Newberg, OR.  I enjoy all outdoor activities and discovered Oregon is the perfect location for me!

I was a competitive gymnast throughout my entire childhood and retired when I started college. My interest in Physical Therapy started because of gymnastics and I always wanted to learn more about how the body and mind functioned. I began coaching gymnastics as soon as I turned 16 and fell in love with working with children. Being a pediatric PT was the perfect career for me combining my love for movement with my passion for helping kids.

I recently helped lead a medical service trip to Uganda where I was able to provide physical therapy to a wide variety of children with varying diagnoses. It was an eye opening experience that only furthered my love and passion for working with the pediatric population. It has always been a dream of mine to work in pediatric PT and I feel so lucky to be able to fulfill that dream and work alongside families to provide individualized care for every kid.
